1. Same-Day Delivery Availability
We offer same-day delivery for orders placed within a 45km radius of our store location. Orders must be received before the cut-off time specified on our website to qualify for same-day delivery.

2. Delivery Requirements
To receive your order, you must be present at the delivery address at the time of delivery and provide a valid government-issued physical ID confirming that you are 19 years of age or older.

Failure to present valid ID will result in a refusal of delivery and no refund will be issued.

3. Delivery Area and Conditions
Our delivery service is limited to addresses within 45km of our store. We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule deliveries due to weather, traffic, or unforeseen circumstances. Customers will be notified in case of any delay or issue.

4. Delivery Attempts and Re-delivery
If the delivery attempt fails due to the customer being unavailable or failure to present valid ID, the delivery will not be completed. A re-delivery fee may apply if the customer requests a second attempt.
