To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

 

• The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

• The item must be in its original packaging.

• You must provide proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation).

• Returns will not be accepted after 30 days from the date of purchase.

 

 

2. Non-Returnable Items

For health and safety reasons, the following items are non-returnable:

 

• Opened or used vape devices, e-liquids, or accessories

• Items without original packaging

• Clearance or final sale items

 

 

3. Refunds (if applicable)

 

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the status of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.

 

 

4. Exchanges (if applicable)

 

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon receipt. If you need to exchange an item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.
